Responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of condo units

Housekeeping

Cleaning of condo units, including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen

Perform quality cleaning to meet expectations of owners and guests and meet required time limits

Linen Stocking

Collects soiled linen for laundering

Pickup clean linen and refill the par stock of linen on each floor pantry

Refill the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to follow instruction. 

Detail-oriented, 

Some lifting may be required (up to 25 lbs). 

Physical mobility and stamina required. 

Must be able to lift above head, stretch, bend, and crouch down or kneel when cleaning various items.
