One of the fastest growing sports in the nation, disc golf offers outdoor fun for all ages.  If you can throw a disc, which is like a Frisbee® or are willing to try, you can play disc golf!

The course at Silver Mountain Resort is located in Chair 2 basin on the mountain.  Experience beautiful mountain views from this nine hole golf course!

Disc golf is similar to “ball golf” because the object is to complete each hole with the fewest number of throws.  Players throw the disc from a tee area toward a target.  Each progressive throw starts at the place where the previous throw landed until finally you toss the disc into the “hole”, recording your score.  Often there are obstacles like trees, shrubs and terrain changes making it challenging and yet a bunch of fun!

 

If you do not have your own discs, discs are available for rent at the top of the mountain.
