When you have 2 Peaks, 73 trails and 2,200 acres of the most diverse snow riding terrain in Idaho, you need an outfitter with experienced experts to help you find the right equipment.
Silver Mountain Sports carries a variety of specialty merchandise from quality brands such as Helly Hansen, Cloudveil, Orage, Smith, Oakley, Scott, Smartwool and many others. Conveniently located in Gondola Village.
In addition, we offer premium rental and demo equipment to help you explore everything our mountain has to offer. Equipment rentals are located at the Mountain Haus which at the top of the gondola. Rental ski packages feature shaped skis to enhance your experience. Snowboard packages feature boots and boards by Rossignol.

Note to parents of children under 18: Your child is welcome to rent our gear without you accompanying them if you print, sign and send this release form with them.
Our demo center features high performance equipment from K2, Rossignol, and Volkl. This allows you to try before you buy and apply the demo fees towards the purchase of the gear. Our knowledgeable staff is always available to assist you to select the equipment that is right for you.
Rates are $45 for a full day or $40 after 12:30 pm.
Need wax or equipment repairs?
Silver Mountain Sports has a full service tech shop whose mission is to keep you (and your skis or snowboard) sliding and edging optimally on the snow. Hot belt wax costs just $5 and a full tune with minor base repair, base grind, edge sharpening, and a hand iron wax is $45. No job is too big or small for the pros in the tech shop. Located inside the rental center at top of the gondola.
