CLICK HERE FOR RESULTS FROM LEADMAN 2024
Leadman is an exciting team or individual adventure triathlon consisting of a skiing, biking, and running leg. Over the past 20 years, this event has raised over $200,000 for various local charities.
The Race
The race begins at Kellogg Peak on Silver Mountain when the gun is fired! Competitors run about 200 ft to click into their gear for an approximate 1 mile ski/board to the bike transition point. At that stage, competitors find their riding gear and mountain bikes and brave a mostly downhill dirt course to the City of Kellogg where the run initiates. After the 7 mile bike ride the racers take off for a 4 mile run around Galena Ridge Golf Course to the finish line at the Gondola Village of Silver Mountain Resort. The fastest times are under 50 minutes and the last racers cross the finish line in about 2 hours. Join us in the gondola village post-race for a BBQ lunch and live music!
