Celebrate the 4th of July the Small-Town Way
Experience an old-fashioned Independence Day celebration in the heart of Kellogg, Idaho! Gather the family and enjoy a full day of patriotic fun, local traditions, community spirit, and an unforgettable fireworks show.
Start the Day Strong
Kick off the festivities with the annual 5K Fun Run at 8:00 AM. The starting line and finish line will be at the Kellogg City Pool. Participation is free, with commemorative shirts available for those who register in advance. LINK TO REGISTER
Family Fun in the Park
Beginning at 11:00 AM, browse local vendors, enjoy community activities, and soak up the festive atmosphere at Kellogg City Park. Pull up to the Kellogg City Pool starting at 11:00am for a pool party. Try your hand at the horseshoe tournament starting at 12:00pm.
Parade Time!
At 1:15 PM, decorate your bikes, dress up your pets, and join the Bike & Pet Parade departing from the Silver Mountain parking lot near Fairbridge Inn. The parade follows the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and arrives at Kellogg City Park just in time for the main event.
Once 2:00 PM rolls around, grab your spot along the streets of Kellogg and enjoy the annual patriotic parade as it makes its way from Uptown Kellogg down Hill Street to Teeters Field.
Outdoor Movie Fun
The City of Kellogg will be showing a family-friendly movie at the baseball field in the park at dusk. Stay tuned for the movie reveal!
End the Night Under the Fireworks
Cap off an incredible day with a spectacular fireworks display sponsored by Silver Mountain Resort. The show begins at 10:00 PM and can be viewed throughout town, with some of the best seats located at the Silver Mountain's Gondola Village.
